Privacy policy
Effective October 26, 2026
The short version: our games don't ask for your name, email, or an account. Your scores and settings stay on your device. Blockfall is free because it shows ads, and the ad companies we work with collect device information, such as your advertising ID, to show and measure those ads. You can limit that in your device settings, and you can email us any time at privacy@playadhd.com.
Who we are
This policy covers ADHD Software, LLC ("ADHD Software", "we", "us"), our website at playadhd.com, and the games we publish, including Blockfall. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@playadhd.com.
What we collect
Information that stays on your device
Our games save your high scores, game progress, and settings on your own device. We don't receive this information, and it's removed when you uninstall the game.
Information collected for advertising
Blockfall shows banner ads, full-screen ads between games, and optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward (such as continuing a game). These ads are provided through AppLovin MAX, which may also request ads from other ad networks it works with. When ads are loaded and shown, these companies may collect:
- Your device's advertising ID (on Android, the Google advertising ID)
- Your IP address and the general location it suggests (such as country or city)
- Device details, such as model, operating system, language, time zone, screen size, carrier, and network type
- Information about the app and your session, such as when ads were shown and whether you tapped or watched them
They use this information to show ads, measure how ads perform, prevent fraud, and, if you allow it, show ads more relevant to you. Their use of this information is governed by their own privacy policies, including AppLovin's privacy policy.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and help with your request.
This website
playadhd.com doesn't use cookies, analytics, or ads. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
How we use information
- To run our games and keep your progress on your device
- To show ads that keep our games free
- To answer your emails and support requests
- To fix bugs and keep our games and website secure
- To meet legal obligations
We don't sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws treat sharing device information with ad companies for personalized advertising as "selling" or "sharing." You can opt out of that at any time using the choices below.
Your choices
- Limit personalized ads. On Android, open your device's Settings, go to Google, then Ads, and delete or reset your advertising ID. Ads will still appear but will be less tailored to you.
- Consent in Europe and the UK. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, Blockfall asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice from the game's settings.
- AppLovin's opt-out tools. AppLovin explains how it shows ads and how to opt out of interest-based ads, and offers a Privacy Management app on Google Play.
- Ask us. Email privacy@playadhd.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct or delete it, or to opt out of selling or sharing. We'll respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep support emails only as long as we need them to help you and to keep reasonable business records. Information held by our ad partners is kept according to their own policies.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the little information we hold. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also note it in our games' store listings.
